• CALIBARE is a proudly Make in India sports accessories brand.

• By placing an order, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and complete.

• We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.

2. Products & Orders

​

• All products are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur.

• Product availability is subject to stock. In case of unavailability after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.

• Pre-orders will ship as per the estimated timeline mentioned on the product page.

3. Pricing & Payments

​

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

• We currently accept payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

​

• Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days of confirmation (excluding pre-orders).

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

• Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

​

We want you to love your CALIBARE gear. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Process:

1. Email us at info@calibare.in with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

2. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address provided.

3. After inspection, we will:

   • Refund: Issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping charges).

   • Exchange: Ship the requested replacement item (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper care.

• Items bought on clearance/sale (unless defective).

6. Warranty

​

• CALIBARE products come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

​​

• The CALIBARE name, logo, tagline (“Own Your Calibre”), and product names (ShinSafe, LaceLock) are exclusively associated with the CALIBARE brand.

• Trademark registration is in process. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or misuse of our brand assets without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• CALIBARE is not liable for injuries or accidents arising from improper use of our products.

• All products are intended for sports and fitness use only.
